正文：
The question what is real helpful for criminals is really hot recently over  the western country. Some experts believe that these danger people must be in prison, only in this way, our safety could be guaranteed. While other people is convinced that the criminals would be kindly if there is education and job training offered to them. I prefer the former one, although it sounds traditional.



Indeed, education and job training are good ways to those "not so bad criminals". First, it would save extra money and food to some criminals who do not work in prison, this could help government and citizens handle their taxes in a better way. Besides, after those people leave the jail, they have some skills to live a good life without doing crime again. Finally, both western country and eastern country have a concept about criminals, the right way to deal with crime is teaching everyone, not just punish them, and it is suitable for the spirit of human rights.



However, there are more cons than pros. Three points should be mentioned here as it is so close to our issue. First, nobody could absolutely assert we would not be harmed by the criminals if we accept them walking outside the prison. Once somebody get harmed, then who should be responsible for this. Second, criminals could receive education and job training in prison as well as outside, and it is convenience to manage and plan. Prisons just limit their moving scope, not spirit and knowledge. Finally, the prisons are not only built to lock criminals up, but also provide a place for them thinking about their behavior. We should not take it too superficially.



In conclusion, prison is a suitable place for criminals staying. It benefits both them and other citizens. We could still afford education and job training to them even in prison.
