Cornell 房屋出租

大家好！

我是将到Cornell读PhD的学生，先前已有在Cornell North Campus的Westview租下一间双人房，
尚未入住，现在由于室友有其它考量，想要将这间双人房再另外sublease给其它人。详情如下：

◆出租地点：Westview社区(Triphammer Rd.)--离Cornell Campus很近

◆房屋状况：大房子大房间，宽敞漂亮，附近环境安静、多为研究生，管理良好且交通方便停车免费。
要出租的是 B2 unit 位于二楼(同时也是顶楼，不会受到楼上的屋友干扰)
客厅的格局还不错(可以看Floor plan) 有墙围住，有单一出口，所以隐私还算OK，若要住客厅也可行。

- 10 minute walk to north campus, 2 minute walk to the bus stops, bus runs
every 10~15 minutes
公车直达Sage Hall和电机学院，走一分钟有30号(可以直达Cornell), 走8分钟有81/82
很晚的话走13分钟有93号。房东说走路到电机学院约15分钟。
