申请ipa状态是approved: Your application has been approved, please liaise directly with your Institute of Higher Learning for the letter of approval. To make an appointment with ICA, please click here

然后学校的状态是： The Student's Pass is pending approval from the Singapore Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA) [only applicable to those who applied for the pass]. Please note that the Student's Pass application may take up to 1 month for approval. We will send the In-Principle Approval (IPA) Letter to your mailing address once we receive it from ICA. 。。。


按照意思是不是申请了ICA才给IPA？两者什么关系？两者和签证什么关系？


点开那个"here"之后是“Welcome to e-Appointment”，有如下选择citizen、permanent resident、vistor，每项下面若干项，需要弄e-Appointment吗？选哪一个？

2# Akimotoyumi 这个已经申请完了，大概过了两三天吧，出现了上面的情况，不知当不当选e-appointment

除非你决定入境以后自己去ICA办理学生证，不然不需要e- appointment,

ICA每个入学季都会组织来到NTU一次过帮所有的NTU外国学生办理学生签证～
