Do you agree of disagree with the following statement:
I t is impossible to be completely honest with your friend

As a proverb says: " a friend in need is friend indeed", nowadays, numerous people pay more attention to the construction of their network, thus, people in growing number continue to look for a better way to deal with the relationship with their friends, and show their honesty and integrity when they make friends with other people. When it comes to this, some people hold such a point that everyone should be completely honest with their friends because it is very foolish to cheat others, especially your closed friends. For my part, however, i believe that there is no possibility to be honest with friends without any tricks and cheat because of the following reasons.
  First and foremost, under certain circumstance, we have no choice but make a white lie to our friends in order to "protect" our friends, in some extent. Take my brother Edward for example, just a few years ago, he are eager to borrow a CD machine from his roommate, and before he got that machine, his roommate, Jack, who are really careful with his CD machine, told him several times that he should take good care of his machine, which was full of certain significance. However, the tragedy really happened. Edward left this invaluable CD in the bus but he is not on purpose, and he was so frightened that he dare not tell the truth to his roommate, because everyone know that lost CD is so meaningful to jack. Then, he made up his mind that he planned to say that everything is all right in that jack would go crazy and give up his important exam if he was informed of this news. Finally, knowing nothing about his CD, jack passed his exam successfully, and Edward sent the same CD to jack to amend his mistake. Therefore, sometimes, complete honest may not the best choice for you and your friends.
  Moreover, people cannot be completely honest with their friends all the time, and sometimes, saying nothing is much better than to be honest. To illustrate this point, we cannot also turn our attention to the form example. Actually, Edward can find another way to cope with this situation, he could be silent and say nothing about that CD, and even he could diver their topics to another thing instead of this embarrassing incident. Their friendship also could be maintained by his wisdom. If he chose to tell everything to his friend, undoubtedly, in term of jack's temper, he devastated his friendship by his hands.
  In addition, complete honest refers to that you have to expose yourself without any thing you can remain for yourself. However, it will definitely sacrifice your privacy if you stick to be a complete honest person. Suppose that you were a little boy, who are brought up by a single mother, and the father, in your heart, it is a word which hurt your so deeply. a new friend wondering where your father is, you might feel it just like a knife piercing your heart, and under this circumstance, would you like to be a complete honest with your friends? Later, you are unwilling to tell the truth to your friend, so this hurt your new friend's feeling again. Hence, to be complete honest with friends may hurt yourself and even your friends.
Considering all the analysis above, granted, to be complete honesty obviously show your enthusiasm of making friends, however, in some situation, it really do harm to the relationship between you and your friend.
