From the very beginning, people in ancient period create the government to administrate, assist and serve its citizens. Although some individuals are able to deal with their things by themselves,I think that, facing these dilemma which they drop in, they are supposed to require some help from their governments which is established for this purpose.

It is no doubt that the government has a duty and responsibility to help people who are in trouble, even at risk. For example, governments should take some(删除) actions to limit and eliminate pollution （mitigate the environmental problems）when the public is (are) threatened by (it) pollution and start to complain about the seriousness of the environment (once they find their people are being threatening by the air pollution ). In fact, governments are obligated to do the things concerned with their people (to concern their people by getting rid of the threatens which are harmful to them ). Furthermore, there emerged some accidents which caused by uncontrollable factors and individuals cannot cope with them so that the assistance from governments is the only choice (people always have some unpredictable accidents which caused by …..factors. When people couldn’t solve the problems by themselves, the government’s help might be the only chance to return the bad situation). Generally, disasters, like flood, hurricane etc., attack some parts of the state and heavily affect the life of local residents. At this time, public need some aids from their governments to save their families and rebuild their homeland which has been destroyed. No one can deny that the government should assume the responsibility for reversing the damage to their state and fulfilling the recreation.

What makes these problems bothering people to be solved rapidly and effectively is getting some assistance from the government (The way to make theses….). Governments master abundant resources and could set policies (make laws or legislation?) to influence, promote and even control the process of handling problems. For instance, some villagers who live in a remote area want to build a road towards to their country. If they finish this road just rely on themselves, numerous money and substantial labors which are incredible for them have to be dedicated to this project. In contrast, the government could provide a lot of assists involve professional engineers, machines and ample funds. And then villagers could have their own road in a short time with these aids. After all, building and perfecting basic facilities serving for the public is what belong to duties of the government.

Admittedly, the advent of a new advanced era impels many persons to resolve their problems independently and completely. People could acquire more useful methods and accomplish their tasks more efficiently than before, profiting from high technology and massive information. Nowadays, getting information from internet is a very common thing and humans can search what they want through various ways, such as Google, net friends, and some websites. Finally, it is  easy for us to settle these problems in time via Internet.

To sum up, it seems that we do need help of the government and can solve problems existing in our life, we should not forget, however, that the development of modern society is still managed by the government. To some extent, I am convinced that assisting its citizens to solve their problems not only would benefit their life but also is a duty for the government.

仿写吧~我联系前几篇也是仿写的，我也水平也很一般的啦……慢慢收集句型和段落结构，最后形成自己的模板……
