They would ask in what capacity do the referee know you. So yes, if you put your father as a referee, I guess you'll need an explanation to the committee that your father can objectively evaluate your abilities. And in my opinion that's just too much work to do, so I suggest you find other professors that you've been work with to write the reference letter.

我已经准备换一个推荐老师，不过仍然用原来那封推荐信里写得比较好的部分~
