收到香港中大JD的一封邮件

因为我雅思12月底才出成绩所以申请的时候没有递交。中大给我这样一封邮件。有人说我再不提交就当不够资格。想问问大家，能否拿到conditional offer啊？
我专业绩点3.5.在学校有发表论文。法院律所（其中一封推荐信是律师写的）五百强实习都有。演讲比赛拿过二等。还有一些奖学金证书。
