关于NUS的成绩单问题

准备申请NUS的master by course,学校申请规定里写着成绩单request your University to send it directly to NUS in a SEALED envelope
所以发信问了下小秘，以下是小秘回复
we would suggest that you fill up the “Transcript Request Form” (a latest version will be available from 23 January 2013) and arrange to forward this to your university to request for either a certified true copy or an original transcript (in English). This transcript has to be issued by your university in official sealed envelope and to be sent direct to us. As we had considered that candidates may need some time to get the original transcript ready, we are prepared to accept the photocopy of your transcript while waiting for the original to reach us and process the application at the same time. It is fine with us if the university send us the transcript slightly later than the application closing date.

这样岂不是很麻烦，我手里已经有成绩单了，密封在学校信封里，难道不能我自己寄？
求过来人指点

Some people in this BBS mentioned before, you can send them sealed original transcript by yourself, because there is no university in China is willing to send transcript to NUS.

This rule is only applicable in Singapore, NTU&NUS has online transcript request system, students can request transcript to send to anywhere in the world, also NTU&NUS will charge $$ for this kind of request.

no need to inform them as long as your transcripts are officially sealed.

学校封好的，封口处有学校盖的公章应该就木有问题了吧，学校不就是怕成绩单造假嘛......

我也是 自己邮寄的。。。中国高校  还还管帮学生邮寄啊，都是 盖好章，自己邮寄的
