收到leiden的条件录取后交哪种official copy

我是申请leiden的数学，收到了conditional offer:
submit an official copy of your Bachelor in Mathematics and Applied Mathematics and transcript of grades from XXX (我的学校). Your school or university must send official certified copies in a sealed envelope directly to the Admissions Office.
Copies of academic records must be certified as genuine (i.e. bearing an original stamp and
signature) by the registrar of your institution or the head of your department. They must be sent in a sealed institution envelope to Leiden University, either by you or directly by the institution.
Note that photocopies of certified/legalised copies are not acceptable...

话说这个official copy到底是指什么？学位证复印件（让教务处盖个章）行吗？

它最后有句话是Note that photocopies of certified/legalised copies are not acceptable...
是不是说它不接受 “盖章后复印出来的复印件”，而可以接受 “复印件上再盖章”的情况？

楼主你好，同21fall莱顿。con offer里也写了your university must send a certified copy，但后面又写了we prefer online verification of your graduation，后面跟了一个学信网文凭认证的链接。usis admission decision这个session的instruction里也有for some non-Dutch countries online verification is also acceptable。请问online和air mail是二选一还是都要做呢？一定要寄纸质版文凭吗？目前认证报告和原件扫描件已经全部办完上传了。我是20fall defer到21fall的，已经毕业了，回学校再办理纸质寄送也不是很现实…
