关于ucl conditional offer的问题

其实已经去邮件了 但是心里还是很着急所以上来发帖问一下
申了ucl的llm 雅思成绩刚好够了他的advanced level要求（总分7.5 各项不低于6.5）
但是conditional offer里面却有
This offer is made on the condition that you provide documentary evidence, such as an official final transcript, to confirm the award of your degree with a final overall average mark of at least 90% as soon as you are able to.

You must provide acceptable evidence that your command of the English language is adequate prior to the start date given above. A variety of English language qualifications are acceptable; please see http://www.ucl.ac.uk/prospective ... t/english-language. Please note that you are required to pass one of the acceptable tests listed at the UCL 'Advanced' level.“

额 看上面第二段就行了，关键是我明明叫了语言而且还够了advance level 啊 为什么会这么写？又或者是不管语言够不够都这么写的？实在是很焦虑啊 希望有经验的朋友能告诉我到底是怎么一回事儿 先在这里谢过了！

我是觉得一般都是语言不够或者是没提交语言成绩才会有这么一句吧
