你可以发邮件去问下，by application offer, what do they mean。我觉得如果现在结果就出了，人家拖到2-8月那不是闲的慌吗……

看起来模棱两可 还是发信去确认一下比较稳妥
同另外一个人得到的回复比较起来看 你似乎是已经通过了
