Interview may come in Feb. or Mar.
The interviewer(s) is up to the arrangement of admission committee.
Interview question is very causal and academic, sample questions as below:
1. Introduce yourself.
2. Why SG? Why NTU?
3. Any research experience?
4. What is your future career plan?

上个月NTU面试我了面试没有问专业问题就基本上是考了口语这样就可以了？谢谢

Sure, PhD interview is quite different from job interview, PhD interview focuses on your motivation, passion, speaking, logic thinking.

Interview is only for those who are shortlisted, which means only for those who are going to be accepted.

The officer from the graduate committee told me that I just need to wait for the final decision. Will they assign me a professor or I need to contact a professor after I receive the offer?

Giving you the interview simply means that you have passed the previous selection and are shortlisted. But interview is another process of selection. Not all ppl who get the interview will get an offer.
