身体管理：gym1，恢复的都退化了~；

发现：
1.罗马不是一天建成的，阅读和写作也不是一天就能写好的~想练好写作必须大量阅读，多写更要认真改~仔细想想语文是怎么学的，其实多简单--学生字啊读啊背啊写啊挨批啊！从牙牙学语、比背唐诗、成语接龙到读课文、恋读者、写作文、赶论文，母语学了二十余载竟还如这般前言不搭后语的推敲不出最精准的词汇表达内心深处的想法，你想要一两个月轻轻松松就能达到神之境界那可真是天方夜谭；就算是不是不喝不睡觉（虽然那是不可能~）全都投入在G上，进步也可能只是那么一点点。谁让你过去脑子里进水了呢？今天备考流下的汗水和泪水（男儿就算了，妹纸们减压可用）真的是你荒废的日子里大脑默默积存的一潭死水~So，尽情的挥洒吧！However，大脑就像土财主，进钱容易花钱难（这个metaphor呃~水=钱）~想想看美剧是有多欢乐，唱K是有多激昂，而看RC的时候有多痛苦，写AW的时候又有多么想自戳n刀！

2. 肿么破? 破就一个字-- 练！Why？回去从“罗马”开始再读一遍，还要问how，从“罗”开始再读一遍....

3. 怎么练？读CR神贴，练CR神技~中心思想即用“脑"使劲练。量的积累，质的变化，大脑是催化剂--用心做事，事半功倍....（’海燕呐~你可长点心吧~‘小品台词有木有很提神？）

4. 再来一遍用进废退的platitude，配合肌肉训练的体会，联想自己虽rc仍然很烂，但却比原来进步好多（起码速度有提高啊~）还有SSS听写也在慢慢的提速，总而言之、言而总是，全身心的投入到训练中去吧，把心带上，管它有多痛，都要不停地练习，限时提速，增进理解。其实我也想明白了，不论是肌肉还是GT都需要push the envelope, 只有这样循环往复的突破极限，才有完美的身材和期待的高分！

The operator's opening remark: After experienced Google’s driverless car, steadily and securely, the speaker is persuaded that the self-piloting cars would come into people's lives in the near future, as the technique is advanced and readiness. Since there is no driver, it will be a big issue to judge who will take the responsibility, when a “auto-pilot” car is involved in an accident. The driverless car might be of great benefit to people, or instead not available for bringing about more trouble.

Pro remark: The arguer is quite optimistic with the popularity of self-driving cars, yet with a little aid by people, in 2030. Based on the accumulation of  road tests and smarter technical systems, the  driverless car would definitely materialise . And we just need to  figure out how to solve three relevant issues: technology,legislation and policy, insurance and liability.

Con remark:Except for casting doubt on the progress of technical maturity and a quick solution of legal confirmation for the responsibility of crash , the arguer mainly focus on the obstructions---manufacturer motivation, security and privacy, and speed of market adoption, for the public to embrace self-driving car in a short time.
