从当前的判决来看，应该已经基本上没有什么疑问了，只是对方也得找个台阶下。。。

Unsecured bail bond means a bond that holds a defendant liable for a breach of the bond’s conditions. In an unsecured bail bond the defendant signs a contract and agrees to appear before the court. If s/he fails to do so, s/he promises to pay later the agreed bail bond amount before the court. An unsecured bail doesn't require that the money be offered up front. Further, an unsecured bail bond is not secured by a deposit of or lien on property. For instance, a bail bond executed before a court without deposit of or lien on property is an unsecured bail bond.

1 现在取保候审没有要保证金，请你读贴谨慎

2 目前没有“判决”，请你搞清楚开庭和结案的区别，这个不用法律知识就能理解。

3 你以为是中国？“找台阶下”？还“没什么疑问”，有点常识好不好。

美国的政府立法行政司法三权分立，相互制约。以这个案子现在了解的情况来说，议员收到了意见，由于议员是立法分支，他只能向FBI施压调查这个案子。FBI以及公诉人检察官（US Attorney）属于司法部，行政分支，他们只能代表美国起诉当事人，提供对政府有利的证据，但是不能定罪。法官是司法分支，他从公诉人提供的证据分析这个案子根本证据不足，于是暂定取保候审，不必付押金。事情怎么发展？FBI肯定不罢休要找出对他不利的证据来，交检察官以间谍相关罪起诉，如果确实是场误会，那么FBI肯定找不出有力证据，没有证据，现在的起诉罪名以及证据基本很难说服法官、陪审团定罪，于是无罪结案。

遇到事情要多提高自己的知识水平，不要老是祈福 bless再煽煽情，没用的。

Ex-NASA Langley contractor released on bond

NEWPORT NEWS — A federal magistrate judge ordered Thursday that a former NASA Langley Research Center contractor charged with giving a false statement to authorities be released while awaiting trial.

Bo Jiang, 31, is charged with making a false statement to federal authorities about the amount of computers and storage devices he was in possession of when he was boarding a plane March 16 at Dulles International Airport, headed to Beijing, China.

During a bond hearing at U.S. District Court in Newport News, Magistrate Judge Lawrence Leonard said although Jiang was planning to return to China, "that in itself is not enough to warrant his detention."

At the request of Asst. U.S. Attorney Lisa R. McKeel, Leonard placed a stay on his order for Jiang's release until 5 p.m. Friday.

Leonard's order included that Jiang be placed under an electronic monitor and cannot leave the area.

Federal authorities are investigating if Jiang had sensitive information on the confiscated devices, McKeel said. Jiang has not been charged with any additional offenses.

As Jiang was boarding the plane, federal agents asked him what electronic media he was carrying. Jiang said he had a cell phone, a memory stick, an external hard drive and a new computer, according to the affidavit. Authorities found an additional laptop, a hard drive and a SIM card.

McKeel said that Jiang had originally bought a plane ticket to leave the U.S. for China on April 5. She argued that he moved his flight up to March 16 when a Washington, D.C.-based newspaper published his name on March 13.

His name was referenced in comments by U.S. Rep Frank Wolf, R-McLean, who alleged at a news conference that Jiang was employed by the National Institute of Aerospace "in an apparent attempt to circumvent appropriations restrictions that Congress has in place to prevent the hiring of certain foreign nationals of concern."

Jiang, who lives in Norfolk, came to the U.S. in 2007 as a doctoral student at Old Dominion University in electrical and computer engineering. In November 2010, Jiang became employed at the NIA, a non-profit research institute that does most of its work at NASA Langley.

"In November of 2012, the defendant left the U.S. to China with a laptop and two hard drives owned by NASA," McKeel said.

Jiang returned to the U.S. in December 2012. A month later, he was terminated from the NIA. McKeel argued that his termination was because he wasn't authorized to take the NASA-owned equipment.

Jiang's court-appointed attorney, Fernando Groene, said that Jiang didn't have access to sensitive or classified information when he worked at NIA. Groene says that Jiang did violate NASA's policy by taking the equipment out the country, but there was nothing classified on the laptop or hard drive.

"NASA has looked at the computer up and down and can't find any information that violates the export control act," Groene said.

Groene said that in the U.S., authorities conduct investigations before making arrests. "It seems to me that the Department of Justice arrested and is trying to figure out how to keep him detained while they investigate."

There were about a dozen supporters of Jiang present in court.

Friend Tao Haung said that he was pleasantly surprised that the judge granted bond for Jiang. Even though he doesn't think the charge is warranted. "I didn't think they had sufficient evidence to show the charge," he said.

Jiang's felony charge carries a maximum penalty of five years in prison. A jury trial date is set for May 29.

我来update一下 我已经发邮件给今天去听证会的小七的同学/同事 （mitbbs ID cocoblue）联系，等他回话ing ，小七2天后会被有条件释放，有电子GPS跟踪器。。。。那时候假设，假设我能和他联系上，我会想一些方式组织大家提供力所能及的帮助。。只要自己不做违法的事，就不用担心罪名，我同时也理解怕惹事的同学，这样子。。。。。。。这和寄托无关，为了不影响寄托管理员，所有个人信息和detail都不会在寄托贴子里出现，贴子里只会有到处都公开的案件信息。

我已经删除了被大家转载的我写的长微博，也告知相关转载网站删除信息 不是因为怕对我个人怎么样，对正在进行的案子不好

姜波的指派律师引用了电子科大跟VA某著名学院的交流来反驳。


此案未结，要由陪审团五月裁决，预计控方会对目前的有条件释放上诉到更高的法院，
可以想象这才是个开始，也可以想象控方正在花空心思找证据...

这不是庭审 是听证会只讨论要不要继续关着他的问题
问他可选要陪审团和不要陪审团 他选了要陪审团
然后要问房东愿不愿意他继续住 房东说愿意
然后问隔壁的愿不愿意当法院的耳目，保证他不逃跑，邻居说愿意...
于是说让他自己出钱弄个GPS带腿上 然后释放
控方可以在明天五点前提出上诉吧
