The statement claims that it is necessary for any conutry to pass laws to preserve its any remaining wilderness areas. I wholeheartedly agree that the wilderness areas and those animals and vegetations living in these field shoud be preserved since we all share the same living sphere. And without these wilderness areas and creatures, our human beings is bound to die out in the earth with loneness and regretness. But for this “all or nothing” statement , there are existing too much obstacle for its implementing in many states and circumstances.
As the dominator of the Earth, human should deeply bear it mind that we all livings existing in the same globe is the all of the one and the dieing out of any species would lead to, both directedly and indirectedly, the decreasing in longevity of the left species including human himselves. Since we all exist in the same net weaved by all food-chains, the extinction of one species is bound to the great ascending of mortality of the next species who is fed on them. Then those series chain-reaction will be motivated, and last our human being will be surely suffering from those impact and, when this impact acumulate to an threshold value, the following is our extinction of ourselves. And the precautious measures for human being to make to prevent the coming of that “Bad Day” is to try to preserve those remaining wilderness areas and the wilderness creatures which living in the fields as much as we can
But this does not means that preserving any remaining wilderness is suitable for any state and under any circumstance to conduction. What about these wilderness areas in Africa in which the mainly landscape is filled with desert and the human beings residing in this areas are always anxiously worry about the own living. If these states enact this items as their laws, not only our outsiders will see this decision absurd but also his popularities will be hopeless for their government. So it is unreasonable for any state to fulfill this claim in their law-action.
And alos this statement is unappropriate in its acting in many circumstances. Since our human being are on the way to development and this is bound to some degree of destruction and restruction on our extant areas including some wilderness fields. But at the same time, we should fulfill our duty of preserving our companies species who living these areas and we can find another tracks where also suitable for them to habitate and, with the permission of its acres, immigrate those species in their new home. As this comes to some particular situation, for instance the 5.12 Big Earthquake happened in china in 2010, although there are a lot of wilderness areas and wilderness species, to preserve this areas is out of our ability and ,since there are a large amount of compatriotes suffering from this big disaster, intolerable.
In summary, although the claim stated as the the title is out of the thinking of our whole nature and the fate of all the livings in the earth, but, for any state and any circumstances, to encat it as an item in the law is lack of the considering of those exact situation and particular country.
