1.是不是我现在一提交资金证明，就表示我决定去他家了？
2.如果问题1的答案肯定，那么拿到I-20我再决定去别家是不是有些不妥
3.航空工程这个专业，这两年签证情况怎么样，被拒签的风险大吗

Each year admission to the graduate programs at the USC Viterbi School of Engineering is increasingly competitive, and this year is no exception. Our records indicate that we are still missing sufficient proof of financial support.  Before we can make you an official offer of admission, we need you to submit proof of funding.  If you have updated your application from a previous term, the financial documents we have on file are outdated.  If you have already submitted financial documents for this term, the amount you showed may not be sufficient.  The amount of financial support you need to show is $54,331 USD for master’s students and $70,357 USD for Ph.D.. students.  Once you submit this information we will be able to finalize your admission.  For information about the required format for financial statements, please visit the following website: http://www.usc.edu/admission/gra ... ancialsupport.html.

In the meantime, we need to confirm your contact information to verify that we are sending all correspondence, including your decision, to the correct address.  As an international student, this is particularly important in order to be sure you receive your I-20 in time to come to the United States by the start of the semester.

我也收到同样的Email，我是MS in MDDE，我还没有答复要不要去，就收到了他们用DHL发过来的正式录取通知书和I-20（可能是因为我之前已经把资金证明发过去了），但是我还是准备据掉USC，去更好的学校

那应该是交了资金证明就默认答应去他家了，请问你是什么时候收到的邮件，然后多久以后收到的录取通知和I-20的呢，

Official notification of admission must be sent by the university Office of Admission.  You may enroll once you receive this official admission packet.  If you have not already received it, then you should receive your official notification from the university Office of Admission soon.  Please allow 3 - 4 weeks for international delivery.

This packet will contain information on how to notify us of your intent to enroll.  However, we encourage you to tell us your plans as soon as you know them; our online form takes only a few moments to fill out.  Please go to our website at: https://www.usc.edu/GradCertification.  If you have already submitted the paper form, you do not need to also submit the online form. Through this website you can also access and download our “Welcome to Graduate Study” brochure which contains information on New Student Orientation and registration. To also help in your transition to USC Viterbi, key registration and advisement information for new students is posted online: http://gapp.usc.edu/students.
