还能说得通。
这道题indicator(therefore) 后面的conclusion只是 the rides at traveling fairs are less safe than the rides at permanent fair.

A 是直接否定了无年检得出不安全的结论，而B是加了一个另外的因素，说明不安全可能不是年检造成的，而是钱不够。我觉得更直接的削弱应该是A吧

A里面攻击的点已经在原文中强化过了。
貌似不可以直接攻击原文。
我觉得A，B的情况都 weaken了原文。但是A 直接否定了原文的premise，所以留下B

这题我还是觉得应该选 A.
首先, A 里的检查人员是traveling fairs的 operators, 而不是检查 permanent fairgrounds 的 independent consultants, 相当于一种是 travelling fairs 是自己检查自己并且修复, 与文中第一句话的检查不一样. 所以不存在 premise de-booster.

argument 是 P(TF slip safety inspections by independent consultants) -> Q (TF less safe than PF)

A选项相当于 P -> Q, R(operator inspection) -> 非 Q, 削弱了结论.
B选项相当于 P -> Q, S(lack of money) -> Q, 只是提供了另一种可能性, 而 P->Q 的强度没有被破坏.
选most weaken 的话 我倾向于选 A

就好像写 issue 的时候支持自己的 thesis, 会写有好几个 topic sentence, 从不同的角度证明这个 thesis, 你能说第二个 topic sentence 削弱了第一个 topic sentence 的强度吗?
