文章的argument立场是traveling fairs less safe than permanent fairs, 所以weaken之的话，就是要找到evidence 反驳说，traveling fairs is more safe than permanent fairs. 我选了A。 但是正确答案是B。求分析！ THX！

考的非常隐蔽的causal relationship，也就是 no inspection造成travelling fair不安全

Gap? What about other reason?
1, could it be possible that travelling fair actually makes inspection less possible? 题干里基本否定了

2, could it be the case that other reasons make travelling fair unsafe? 完全可能

A其实是个premise de-booster,里面明确说了 travelling fair可以逃过检查但是答案里还是说会检查。 另外relocation前检查不代表 relocation后就是安全

B. Boom, this weakens. 因为是其他原因--- managers没钱维护，直接weaken了题目里的因果关系

C. God no

D. 见C

E. 见D

另外Weaken不是说一定要取反，你要做得是找到argument的gap,然后用新的证据指出这个gap

B对于题目中的因果给出了另外的原因，就是对它的削弱啊。

我这样问你吧，B选项说没钱维护检查，那rides是安全还是不安全

题目的结论是不安全，premise是因为没有A那样的safety inspection所以它不安全。
因此weaken的是这个因果关系。B说它没钱spend on safety，而不是no inspection这个原因。
这个才是weaken 的重点。
A所说的实际与这个因果无关。
