Hi
  我目前的两个BU的室友毕业，所以我们租的3室一厅的apartment需要找2个九月起一年期（或者以上）的室友。本人男，27，phD @ BC。极好相处 ；） 我是上届BC中国学生会VP，负责过学生会网站bccssa.org，目前网站因为经费紧张暂时关了。。。不过欢迎了解人品，或者可以通过发信到我的学生会邮箱admin@bccssa.org确认 ;)

房间地址在143 kilsyth rd, brighton ma 02135。 两件空出来的房间分别为9'x10' ($575 / month) 和10'x11' ($605 / mo)。房间包水包暖，网$20/mo/person, 电看季节，大概$15-$20/mo/person. 步行到地铁(to BU and downtown)，BC校车站，Cleveland Circle (local商业区)基本都是5分钟。同时因为地理位置刚好在两条主干道中间的住宅区，所以享受方便的同时还有良好的绿化和安静的环境。我自己在这里住了3年，完全不想搬家

我买了很多apartment需要的东西，你都可以免费用，什么无线路由器，咖啡壶，微波炉啥的，etc. etc. 还有个烧木炭火的烤肉架，我经常自己烤牛排 ;)

之前跟两个男室友住过1年，又跟两个女室友住过两年（thus卫生间有垃圾桶)，大家相处关系融洽，thus男女不限 (Well, no offense or discrimination, but on second thought, no homosexual male or smoker please.)。

有一个车位我在用(and of course i'm paying $100 / mo for it)，不过我买菜的话肯定会问你们是否要一起。

下面是我两年以前找室友的时候的广告：
ABSTRACT: Looking for long-term roommate (1yr+) for a 9' x 10' bedroom in a three bedroom apartment, starting from September, 2011 fall. Female preferred. Addr: 143 Kilsyth Rd. Rent: $575 + $30(net) + $15(elec.).

LOCATION: 143 Kilsyth Rd. With in walking distance of: 6 min (according to google map, so are all the followings) to B line / BC shuttle, 8 min to Cleveland Circle / C,D line, 4 min to C line (Englewood Ave. stop), 10 min to Star market on Beacon St., 11 min to Wholefoods on Washington St. You get the general idea. With all that convenience, the house is actually away from those main streets so you can enjoy serenity for most part of the week (that is to say except Tue morning when the trash truck comes around)

ROOMMATES: You will have two roommates, one of them being myself. I am a graduate student at BC. Male, 25, non-smoker, non-alcoholist, non-loud music listener. Cares about the cleanness of public areas. I'm sort of a night owl since I write computer programs (what kind of logic was that ...) but I will be very quiet. The other one is to be determined but very likely to be a lovely girl who is a master student at BU. (She expressed preference of another female roommate to me. Now you can tell that the 'female preferred' I had in the title is not for any personal gain)

ROOM_CONDITION: It is an apartment in a six apartment house with three bedrooms of varying size, living room, kitchen, bathroom and one parking space. Laundry machine is in the basement and cheaper than the street stores. All the bedrooms come with closet space. The kitchen has a stove top, a huge fridge, an oven and tons of storage space for pans and plates.

COST: This bedroom costs $575/mo with heat and water included. $30/mo/person for the internet and $15~$20/mo/person for electricity depending on the season.

BONUS: I paid for many stuffs to set this apartment up that you are free to use, including a high quality modem and a wireless access-point; a printer that you can either print to it over our network or send the file to me. (Tho I'd appreciate if you use it for occasions like printing out the boarding pass for your tomorrow's flight, not for giving out your 300 pages book to 60 classmates); a coffee maker; a toaster; and of course any beer you find in the fridge (yes I said that I am not an alcoholist but I do enjoy having intellectual conversations over some beers). And best of all, A CHARCOAL GRILL!!!

BONUS 2: Since what I do for my ph.d. program is very close to computer science, I can probably help you solve some of those weird problems you have with your computer.

WARNING: I really enjoy steaks and will cook steaks on a regular basis. If you are against consuming animal products then I guess it will be somewhat difficult for us to get along.

你好

照片的话我更新了我的帖子。

环境你具体指什么呢？自然环境的话见我原帖最后两张图。治安么我住这里3年从来没遇到过或者听说有什么事情。之前我BU的室友一个女生自己经常半夜从BU回来貌似她也挺放心的。我去美国哥们家party半夜2点也自己走回来过。

去BU的交通，5分钟走到地铁站Green B Line，直接坐到BU. In fact, three B line stops are dedicated for BU -- BU west, BU central and BU east。地铁到BU Central大概20分钟。如果你愿意骑自行车的话（大概也是20分钟），Commonwealth Avenue是少有的骑车安全的主干道，因为其他大部分路段都没有自行车道，但是从我家到BU这段有停车Lane或者自行车道

嗯， 如果你确定的话，我们可以要求另外一个室友是女生啊， 就好像我贴的前年的广告一样。
房源的话我还真没有，之前做学生会网站的时候曾经尝试做过论坛，希望给大家一个交流平台，但是BC中国人比较少，没什么流量，后来觉得不划算就把网站服务器关了。。。
