很多备考G作文的考生，开始练习的时候，一般都是背过GRE词汇好几遍的，但是写出来的文章还是重复使用词汇，使用低级词汇。个人认为要想克服此毛病，除了多总结，勤记忆，没别的方法了吧？

刚开始练习的时候，一定要斟字凿句，不会的单词，可以多查查字典。webster 或者朗文词典不错，其中的英文解释对理解微妙的词义很有帮助的。我们可能都有这样的体会：一些好像很有印象、很有长度、很闪光的词，就是不知道怎么拼写的，写的时候只好有用一些低级词汇来代替它们了；另外就是直接不知道用什么词。这两种情况下，都可以使用词典的。一般同学查完后都是不管不问，继续写下面的了，自己感觉这些词已经记住了，其实不然，这些词的记忆只是短暂记忆，下次用到的时候，还是拼不出来。
因此我的建议是：最好把这些词摘录下来，另外看范文或者网友的文章时，好的用词也可以摘录下来，摘录完要经常拿来复习，直到能把这些词可以运用自如为止。词汇的记忆、扩充不就是不断重复的过程吗？

但到了备考后期，尤其是模考的时候，就千万不要一遇到想不起来的词就查字典了！过分依赖字典，到考场真刀真枪的时候，会吃到苦果子的。

呵呵，总之词汇这个东西，不自己总结、背诵、重复，还真的没有捷径。

下面是我备考时，自己总结的一些同意词，近义词还有易混词，贴上来给大家，看有用不？：）

我稍微提醒一下，选择用词的时候，不要想到中文就直接literally的一下子就翻译过去了。
我手头没有特别好的例子，随便说一个吧：
当你构思的时候想到了“控制”这个词，写出来的时候可不一定非得用control，比如说manage，说不定更贴切。不要让原来一些太顽固的印象主导自己，用词的时候，忌讳字面的生硬对号，讲究内在意思的一致与贴切。

在这里我想指出一点的是，并不是什么难词都用上去或者仅仅是为了不重复而用难词不考虑适用与否的话，那么就会收到相反的效果。因为没有这种用法的。

tomatoeggs好久不见了 ^_^

说的非常对。选词的原则是能够真实表述出来所要表述的意思，从不是为了用词而用词的。一方面提高自己表达水平（主要在用词的准确性），同时小心不要走到“拽词”的误区里面。

Yes, it is a far cry from konwing a word to controlling it. When I first practice English writing after having recited TOEFL words, I found my vocabulary to use was within 200,which I surprisingly recognised it was exactly what I had used previously , and inevitably ,the papers were childish. My point is :Keeping on practicing writting with the strong willing to select the most perfect words to express your ideas, that's the only way to improve.
