没有面试，12月初就寄材料出去了，赶上了第一轮
不知道大家对这个项目有什么了解。我知道NTU的MFE更好，但是我觉着自己希望不大，没有申，新加坡就申了这个。
另外想知道授课式的可以申请奖学金吗？之前申请的时候对这方面没有了解。

based on the statistics data, we may see that only 20% of students are fresh, and most of the students are from engineering, seems that this program is for those who:
1. currently working in banking and finance but wanna get promotion/bonus, or wanna transfer from department A to B.
2. currently working in IT or other engineering field and wanna pursue a career in finance or banking area.
