This article firstly reviews the old biogenic theory for the formation of oil, then introduces a new opposite one. This new theory claims that the oil is formed during a serials of motion among the crust when heavier hXXX deposits. Opponents poses a question to this new theory about the temperature restriction, and the proponents respond from two aspects, one is taking diamond as the example to support their argument and another is using experiment data to show their validity. Finally, this new theory is affirmed by a drill company’s successful drilling.
Gist, though the opponents of the new theory exist, the new theory’s scientists can explain its theory well and in addition, there is drill company find new oil in accordance with this new theory.

04 immigrants’ educational program
This article mainly discusses JT’s book for investigation of the southeast Asian immigrants, and different from other similar research, this book focuses on the immigrants’ educational program. The basic methodology this research based is introduced, the qualitative approach. Tollefson primarily criticizes the educational program’s short eye-sight for lacking language training but only providing the labor intensity job training, though the immigrants may got benefit immediately, however, it is another story for their long term development. T also disproves the assimilation inclination of this program, which values the self-support spirit highly and tries to impose this view of outlook to the immigrants, but it is detrimental to their community solidarity. Finally, the author raises a question for T’s book. Though this book accurately reveals the problems exist in the program, it fails to give practice recommendation to how to conquer them.

This article firstly introduces K, a Mexican artistic, who dedicates to presenting the homeland’s culture in her painting, and the author points out that this article critique her works from perspective of culture and politics. K’s political attitude is to keep Mexico’s independent from the assimilation of Spanish and protect its indigenous culture from the modernized United States. By analyzing the symbol of AZ and how K incorporate AZ in her paintings, the author illustrate K’s political attitude explicitly.
