楼主，你好。你的问题在于E的理解有些偏差，整篇文章就是再发问，TSZ是不是天生遗传，而E说的是，父母没有TSZ的小孩症状比父母也有TSZ的对比，这种对比，对于是否遗传没有任何关系。读完题后，你应该自己能够设想一个答案，那么就是小孩的TSZ是内在的，和外界无关。C是一个AS AS句型，说了只要是父母有，孩子不管谁养大都可能会有，这不就说明了，和亲生父母的基因有关，和外界无关嘛
