我读会计的， 有法律基础，但对我来说挺难， 就一道题， 请牛人指点：


Robert Choi started selling homemade chocolate as a sole proprietor under the name “Chocs-Good” in Mong Kok. The chocolate inventory is covered by a fire insurance policy issued by Safety Insurance Ltd.
Two years ago, Robert incorporated a limited liability company Choi Dreams Ltd (CDL) to take over the whole business of Chocs-Good. Robert is the sole shareholder and director of CDL.
Three months ago, the whole inventory of CDL, worth $1 million, was destroyed by fire.


Advise Robert on his claim against Safety for the loss at CDL.
