  We cannot deny that every system has leaks and include legal system. Many things cannot be solved by laws in realistic life. So I basically agree with the writer’s statement about the relationship between the moral and legal system. But I would like to add some personal viewpoint.
  

  Many society problems cannot be solved, not only because moral behavior cannot be legislated, but also because of the leaks in the legal system. It is very important that a society has a complete legal system. But it is well known that any legal system is not unimpeachable. Such half-baked legal system brings many problems which cannot be solved by laws. The process of finding and solving the problems is also perfecting the legal system. For instance, while some merchants avoid the national laws and earn the money which is basis on impairing the others behalf, the government will investigate this affair and recuperate the leak in the legal system. So I believe that many problems which are serious enough to be legislated would be solved.
  

  Of course, writer’s statement is another very important reason why many society problems cannot be solved. First of all, legal system is not large enough to include the moral field. For many moral behaviors are not serious enough to be restricted by laws. Like we cannot put the man who smoke in a public environment into the jail. Absolutely, this man’s moral exist problem, but this moral problem didn’t impairs others’ life or belongings and not serious enough to be punished by laws. Secondly, the same legal system cannot be used to the different men who have different moral standards. Just like different nations believe the different religions, a kind of moral behavior cannot be received by the different people who have different education backgrounds or even different value points. If we doggedly use the same laws to restrict different people’s moral behaviors, it would bring more social problems, because that method restricts human beings elementary freedom.
  

  The implication of the law is cold-hearted and fair. But as we know, the moral is basis on the gentle emotion and soft love. So the point of solving the social problems which are out of legal system is to cultivate a kind of civilization atmosphere and increase people’s social obligation. In that way, we can teach our government to find a balance point between the moral and law. And at the same time, the problems will be solved in a quite way.
  

  In sum, the leaks of our legal system and the laws’ narrow localization make many problems cannot be solved. At the same time, the moral behaviors be legislated will impair people’s elementary freedom, so we’d better find a balance point between the moral and laws, solve the social problems in a gentle way.

我想在第一段还是要明确的把自己的观点概括的表述一下,让别人一目了然能明白你的points.
如果是basically agree with the statement and would like to add some personal viewpoint.那是不是先写支持这个论点的部分,再写你加入的自己的部分比较好呢?

然后,你的第二段是写说因为legal system本身存在漏洞....但如果归结为因为legal system存在很多漏洞的话,那么实际上是可以通过法律解决的...因为只要健全legal system就行了. 而你最后也认为很多足够严重的问题是会被解决的,只要补了漏洞....你是想表达这个意思吧...? 那起不是和你自己最初的论点相背了...至少是不符合的.

另外,第三段中secondly后面,用了太多的different了...要变换单词,不然显得重复单调. 而且觉得论据...."If we doggedly use the same laws to restrict different people’s moral behaviors...." 难道现在不是这样吗? 每个人的道德标准,要求是不一样的啊...但是法律面前人人平等...
"At the same time, the moral behaviors be legislated will impair people’s elementary freedom"....制定法律是很严谨的...但是必须的...也必然会是人丧失掉自由...不然就乱套了.
所以....还是不太明确你的points.

对于这个题我想,譬如..观点是同意,有保留的. (或者用另外一句话概括一下...)
然后就举例支持自己的观点....譬如...法律规定了杀人是犯法的...可还是每年有很多这样的案件.为什么? 因为moral behavior cannot be legislated....然后再具个例子..之类的.. 法律制定出来只能约束个人的行为...但,个人的道德伦理存在问题....(咦...这个例子合适吗 怎么也觉得怪怪的)

最后,admittedly,不能否定了法律的作用...仍是巨大的...之类的.(然后再重申自己的观点...)
