F1 3000 1月29日北京被拒，迟到的签经。

不好意思，回家后一直忙着一些其他的事情，现在才报告签经，希望还能给大家一些借鉴。
背景：建筑专业本科毕业，去读Master,4分之一奖，SCAD，去年秋季被拒两次，第二次XTT还给了LC,学校给延期至今年春季开学。
1月29日下午1点15分到使馆外，发现700多人居然都已经叫完了，我是615号。。。。于是马上存了包，拿出准备好的资料进去。里面已经人满为患，交DS表的都排了三个长队。于是是漫长的等待。。。。。。。这时间里观察了一下形势，探亲，商务以及F2的居多，现在看来是F1的淡季，过的人不多，10号窗口前只有一对老年夫妇，心里一寒。下午三点半左右形势转好，连续过了不少探亲和F2,主要是大胡子老头放的，也许是传说中的副领事，看起来很nice,大部分时间低着头不停的写。到我们这队的时候几乎没什么人了，几个Vo已经下班，没想到被领到XTT处，我倒数第三个上去，他看了我的护照没等我开口就主动回避，把我转到六号窗口djfmm处。
我是全使馆倒数第二个签的，估计djfmm已经有些不耐烦了。
Me: good afternoon madam, nice to meet you.
Vo: thank you.
Vo(看着我的I-20): so you want to study architecture?
Me: yes, I want to go to US to pursue my master degree in architecture in SCAD.
Vo: the school awarded you a fellowship valued 7500$, and your family support you with 23250$, total is 30750$. Do you have the deposit certificate?
Me: yes, I have the bank certificate and the employment certificates of my parents, here please.
Vo: 快速的翻看……….
Me: my father is a chief construction engineer in a big company, and my mother is an officer in an University, so the money is not a problem for me to study in US.  
Vo: ok, and what will you do after your graduation?
Me: I will come back to China and continue my career in my unit.
Vo: which unit?
Me: western aseismis survey and design institute of building.
Vo: and you are working in it now?
Me: yes, I worked in it from my graduation to present.
Vo: how much do you earn in it?
Me: 3000 RMB per month.
Vo: how much will you earn after you come back?
Me: at least 8000 RMB per month.
Vo: how long have you worked in your unit?
Me: one and half a year.
Vo: ok.(看我的资料, I-20和DS表)
Me: I think the money is not the most important problem here, when I come back, I will have a better promotion, and I will have more priorities to my competitors with my master degree, so it is worth to spend so much money to study in us.
Vo: (抬起头看着我笑了笑)原话我记不清了,但意思还是嫌我花钱太多.
Me: I think it is very worthy, and when I come back I will earn it back in three years.
Vo: three years?
Me: yes, the 8000RMB is just a basic salary, I will have some additional bonus from my projects, and when I get a promotion, I will earn more. I am confident that I will become a chief designer in my unit.
Vo:敲电脑……….
Vo: I am sorry that I could not issue your visa…………
Me: why?
Vo: ………大致意思是我的工作时间短……….(实在有些听不清, 对不住大家了, 站了一个下午, 中午又没吃饭, 大脑有些缺氧, 而且她最后的语速很快, 有些不耐烦)

盖章,推出材料.

体会: 1.自我感觉发挥的一般,虽然总结了前两次的经验,可还是表现的不尽人意,总的来说有些急于求成.
2.只顾尽量多说,忘记了主动出示材料,单位的介绍和领导的推荐信以及我的作品集都没用上,这个尤其感到很遗憾.
3.最后还是栽在了资金问题上,说实话没有仔细考虑过回国薪水的问题,知道这是Vo的杀手锏,可始终没有想到对付的办法,于是尽力把她的注意力从这上面引开,无奈被穷追猛打到了死胡同.
4.没吃午饭很失策.


求助:现在没有确切的打算,脑子有点乱,学校3月18日开学,不知道该不该再去签一次,有些心灰意冷,是不是应该放弃呢?希望大家给些建议.
