I had a terrible memory about my high school life. During that period, I became one of the poorest students in my class. At ninth grade, all I wanted to do was graduating as soon as possible, getting start on a new environment. Having studied in university for 2 years, I realize how silly I was two years ago. Forgetting the past never does good to start a new life. It is necessary to understand the past in order to solve a problem.
The past will help you to accept the reality, especially when you are in trouble. After I entered university, I thought I could become the leader student by the means of hard-working, but the hope did not come true though very diligent I was. I was very confused in the beginning until I realized that the reason that made me fail again was the same as that in high school. After making a clear self analysis, I felt better and caught up with others in a short time. Understanding the past helps you to know your problem objectively, which help you to solve it.
Understanding the past not only let us know what the problem is, but show us how to do. As we know, one of chairman Mao’s hobby is reading, especially on politics. During his career, he had many problems, such as how to build a new country. Knowing our ancestors’ experiences from book might inspire him a lot. Learning from past is a good way to solve the problem.
Recalling the development of our mobile screen, we find that there is a trend that the screens are changing to clearer and bigger one. Knowing the past help the mobile producer get the trend and produce more popular mobile phones. Everything’s development has a trend, understand the past help us to know it and are beneficial to solve a problem more efficient.
In short, knowing the past help you make progress. It is worthy doing it.
