On the other hand, the purpose of education is to cultivate qualified citizens to fit for the need of community so that the society should also pay attention to education. Recently, education usually is separated from social activities; as a result, students feel difficulty to change information and theories of books into individual knowledge; in other words, they lack ability of practice. Consequently, the communities should provide more chances for students to connect with society and help them to know what the society need and what they should do to improve the nation. By communicating with the society, students can work according to the requirement of society, such as jobs, moral standard and other conditions. All in all, without communities, the growth of students would be stopped in the superficial level of school education rather than become real citizens.

However, it is unfair to neglect the function of professional educator for their essential role in school. The basic duty of school education is to teach principles, methods and various theories to students in that any ability and improvement depend on these knowledge. In the absence of professional educators, students might fail to understand lessons well, let alone learning other skills or majors. It is terrible to imagine that students in the world are all illiterate or poor educated ones. Taking a look into developing countries, such as Japan and America, the two countries pay more attention to school education, especially abilities of faculty because they consider that knowledge from school is primary factor of survival. As professional educators, they are guiders of students who lead them to choose their directions and help students to widen vision. Lacking professional educators, external strength of communities and parents would make no sense on education for the absence of the base of education.

In sum, the lifetime of a student has three parts: the affection of parents, the direction of education and the guide of communities. To cultivate an all-round student, such three factors must play as a part into education rather depends on single one.

我只是从结构是上说一下我的看法：我觉得你的开头和后面的正文在结构上不相配，在第一段你有一个让步句型引出主题，强调的是educator的作用，然而你的正文却没有显出这一点来，而是把三个因素并列展开的。因此我觉得第一段最好改一下。 之前我也有过这样的问题，朋友给我提醒了，今天看到你的文章我就说一下。

当初我和老师讨论过这个问题，让步不一定代表很面就是重点啊，是只出不能忽略的意思
事实上我很多文章都这么写的2 正1负，但是可能那个让步最好个限定词好点，我是这么认为的。不过也不肯定，呵呵
