课程简介里说这个课程分三个阶段，且要分别申请：
“Students proceed through the MEd following these three easy steps (please scroll down to see a diagram):

Step 1: Students choose from the available topic areas and apply to the Graduate Certificate. Upon the successful completion of the four required half-courses the student earns a Graduate Certificate.

Step 2: Students choose a different topic area, and apply to the Graduate Diploma. Upon the successful completion of the four required half-courses in this program, the student earns a second credential, a Graduate Diploma.

Step 3: Students apply to the Interdisciplinary MEd program. Upon the successful completion of the four required half-courses in this program, the student earns the Interdisciplinary MEd. At this stage, the final four courses ensure that students graduate with research depth.”

“Applications for Steps 1 and 2, the Graduate Certificate and Graduate Diploma are now closed.  These will open January 1, 2014.

Applications for Step 3, the Master of Education (Research) are now open, the application deadline is February 1, 2014.”

Step3的MED（research）还是全程网络授课。
