Actually, there is little mainstream finance research at CEMFI since its tiny size. CEMFI is a really good place for financial econometrics and banking. The macro research has the same problem. Topics are narrowed to macro-labor, wealth inequality etc. In fact, now the empirical micro group at CEMFI is the most powerful among others.

The master training is between the level for policy makers and applied theorists. But it covers a wide range of subjects. It might be a good opportunity for those who have never dipped into economics. It's time to develop your intuition!  

From European standard, almost all senior faculties are top or influential in their fields even some of them are not very active. Their connections to most European schools are great. Most junior faculties are promising through publications.

All the people at CEMFI are nice including the staff and PHD students. Most European master students are hardworking. So it is competitive to get a decent RL if there are other students from Spanish-speaking countries who are not bad and have the same interest as yours. Generally speaking, even their performances in the exams are poorer than Chinese students at CEMFI, most students have perfect undergraduate backgrounds from Spanish standard that will make them outstanding in the admission committees in which there is always a professor from Spanish-speaking countries who knows CEMFI and intends to choose them. Unfortunately, most Chinese professors in US never heard about CEMFI. Therefore, in most cases, Chinese students at CEMFI are dominated by students from other countries in the applications to the same US top schools unless you already have perfect background or you are a star and the professor wants to use his own special connections to help you!

首先微博的转载不是斑竹推荐和决定的，那是寄托的官方微博，我们无权接触，最多只是提建议，我们也无能为力。
我们尊重你的个人隐私，你删掉你的信息是你的权力。说实话并没有觉得有多少你的个人信息泄露出去，至于有朋友推测录取你的学校是什么什么，我想那是他的自由，而且推测也不一定是真的。如果斑竹们删了那些朋友的贴，是不是也会遭到其他朋友的不满呢
我们来寄托都有不同的原因，是为了找到自己的信息，为了结交朋友，为了帮助他人，为了开阔眼界。很少有人对他人的隐私感兴趣，楼主不必过多担心，而且在这个信息发达的年代，真的有人想人肉你，恐怕不用这几个帖子就能找到你，所以没必要不开心
cemfi也会有更多的中国人去的，大家还会继续分享信息，寻找人性的善良，找到志同道合的朋友。

我初看你的帖子感觉很好，觉得你是真心想要分享，但帖子被删了我觉得就太过了．你的帖子被关注说明你是个好的榜样，榜样应该传递正能量，胸襟应该开阔．我觉得其他人说出你的学校只是希望你能为大家提供更多有用的信息，应该不存在恶意，楼主用不着动怒
