Applicants who obtained their undergraduate degrees in universities outside of Canada and the USA must also write the GRE General Test and the TOEFL (including a test of written English). Ph.D. applicants whose master’s degrees are obtained in accredited Canadian or US universities may be waived of the TOEFL requirement. Applicants should request the testing organizations to send the scores directly to the University of Toronto. Applicants are reminded to note the ‘Department’ and ‘Institution’ codes for these tests.

申phd的,按照上面的说法是不是必须要提供gre啊,之前听人讲加拿大是不需要gre的阿！

这不很清楚么....如果你的本科是美国或者加拿大拿的就不用G，否则就要的....再说了加拿大很多都要GRE的
