Multiple Ph.D. RA positions starting from Spring or Fall 2015 are available at the Department of Computer Science of Utah State University, Logan, UT. The successful candidates are expected to work on exciting research areas in wireless networking, mobile computing, cyber security and privacy. Specific areas include: wireless network & security (MIMO interference cancellation and cognitive radio networks), security and privacy in cloud computing and big data, and cyber-physical systems (autonomous vehicles). Preferred candidates should be self-motivated, responsible, and possess the curiosity and determination to explore the path to develop himself/herself into an outstanding researcher. Candidates with solid backgrounds in wireless communications & networking, security, cryptography, optimization or control are encouraged to apply.
