加拿大留学签证被拒，求分析原因

我是被温莎大学录取，7月底递交了签证，今天收到护照拒签了。以下是拒签信，求分析, 我忘了提交托福成绩单，也没有提前体检，这是不是原因呢

In reaching a decision I considered several factors regarding your establishment and ties to your country of residence, to assess whether you would be likely to leave Canada at the end of your authorized stay. This included consideration of the following grounds:

In accordance with Section A11(1) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA), any person wishing to become a temporary resident of Canada must satisfy an officer that he or she is not inadmissible to Canada and meets the requirements of the Act. This includes the requirement to establish to the satisfaction of the officer that the applicant will respect their conditions of admission and will leave Canada by the end of the period
authorized for his or her stay. Based on the information provided, you have not satisfied me that you would be a genuine temporary resident to Canada

This application is closed. Please note that any new information you wish to provide must be submitted with a new application and processing fee. Should you wish to reapply, I would suggest that you do so only if your situation has changed substantively or you have significant new information to submit.

从这信里看，应该是楼主你表现出了不该有的移民愿望。。这样留学“目的不正",不符合规定。。

我倒不觉得是你没提交托福成绩和没有提前体检的原因。我个人认为是你的材料里头，比如study plan啊，family information啊之类的，有缺陷，让签证官认为你有移民倾向。所以你要做的是，仔细检查你的所有签证申请材料，补充完整，尤其是一些细节，比如study plan，最好认真对待。托福成绩也最好提交，提前不提前体检倒不是那么重要。

准备了80万，还有房产证，银行流水，收入，资金解释信，身份证，户口本，语言和正课的offer，学习计划，毕业证、学位证、成绩单、亲属关系、无犯罪公证，我没有交全额的语言学费会不会是这个原因呢,签证官为什么会认为我有移民倾向呢

学习计划也表明我要回国了啊，说了是家里的独生子的，与单亲家庭有关系吗

跟独生家庭也没关系，你一定要仔细检查你的材料，确保不让签证官产生你想移民的错觉

一般这个purpose of visit，签证官是认为你留学目的不纯，怕你在学习签证到期不按时回国，“黑”在加拿大。“倒读”和"跨度较大的转专业"这两个原因比较普遍。不知道你是不是这其中一种。。。我就知道一个人，国内文科硕士毕业去加拿大读计算机本科，被拒二次。

我本科是机械工程，申请的也是机械工程，我托福不够，申请了语言课程，是不是因为我学习计划里没有写有关语言学习的事，光写了正课和读完回国的事

This includes the requirement to establish to the satisfaction of the officer that the applicant will respect their conditions of admission and will leave Canada by the end of the period authorized for his or her stay. 就是说你应该满足入学条件并在规定时间内离开加拿大这两样你要是说清楚了，签证官应该就没什么好说的了。你要是需要学语言，你应该要在计划里提一下的，毕竟这也是你学习的一部分。
