It is always an individual who is the impetus for innovation; the details may be worked out by a team, but true innovation results from the enterprise and unique perception of an individual.

Creative ideas always come from individual person and they are the motive for innovation. I agree with that an individual plays the most important role in innovation, but we should not omit the influence of teams during innovation today.

From the beginning, most innovative ideas from individuals who are wisdom, perceptive, and active. Let us retrospect the history of the development of science and technology, from which one can find many innovations were from almost individual effort. See how Newton, probably the most admirable scientist in the world, found the audacious theories: Law of Gravity, Law of Motion, and Calculus, all of which resulted from his enterprise and unique perception of the world. It was the same way that T. Edison, the most productive inventor, brought a lot creative ideas into reality, and many of his inventions are still widely use and influence people's lives such as electric light, copying machine and so on. Also A. Einstein, the founder of the Theory of Relativity, made his effort to such theory all by himself, which could be found by that almost no scientist understand it. Therefore, many creative ideas come from individuals, so individual should be the focus of the whole innovation effort.

As mentioned above, since individual effort is the focus of the innovation, the importance of individuals' work should be regarded. Because the creative ideas come from a certain person, no one could fully master the ideas or manage the following work but him. A scientist may has his own working fellows. Once he had a new idea, though he probably could not handle all the problems, he actually lead it to the reality and his group's effort is help him work out the details. Just as a top engineer in a mobile factory, he bring out the blueprint of a new car, and then all the departments fulfill his ideas according their own duties such as detail design, modeling, manufacture, and so on. But all the separated work must be gathered in his hand at last and the engineer decides the final product.

However, I hereby emphasizing the importance of individual effort does not mean that the team work should be neglected. On the contrary, team work also play important in innovation, though it may not be valuable than the initiation, especially in society today. In fact, nowadays many outcomes result from the effort of teams. Though the leader of a team may contribute most sicne he hold the creative ideas, without the help of other people he may spend much more time to fulfill his ideas and endure more frustration. Team cooperation, in some extend, excellate the innovation process, which is rather important in a competitive society as today's. Furthermore, as the whole world gathers more closely than ever, many scientific researches are undertaked by cooperation of several scientists from different nations. Internet construction, international space station, global climate researches and so on, need a lot of scientists to participate  and no one of them can claim that he is the most important since the project is so complicated for an individual person to undertake.
Therefore, team work, which becomes more and more ordinary, should not be neglected in today's innovation process.

In sum, as it is always an individual who is the impetus for innovation, usually the leading role of such individual should be regarded. However, we should not omit the importance of team cooperation especially in competitive society that changes as fast as ours.

你的论点是确实个人重要， 但也承认团队的重要，中心在前，但我感觉重心非常均衡，体现不出重点，可不可以再加一个段落例如：反过来说：如果没有个人的创新的思想，无论什么都难以进步，例如设计制造一架优秀的战斗机，没有个人的创新思想在气动布局，武器设置，或加工周期有所体现的话，可能做出来的还是废物。
相应地减少让步的段落，使文章有主有次，更清晰。
