It is possible that students who have really cheated in examinations are not being reported in that they made an agreement that they cheated in exams together but not notify each other. Then the figure of reported cheating also could be down, which does not represent that real cheating cases decreasing. Therefore, the declined figure provided by arguer is questionable.

Last but not least, the result in the survey, investigated by Groventon honor council, is not persuasive. Although students said that they would be less likely to cheat with an honor code in place than without, it could not represent that they really do not cheat anymore. There are such many factors that allure students to cheat in exams, such as awards and scholarships offering to students with high scores. A possibility is that students commit that they will not cheat in exams, but they disobey their commitment under the motives of obtaining high scores. What is more, the survey is made by Groveton honor council, an organization pushing the code. It is possible that this organization provide inaccurate conclusion in order to declare the advantage of the code.

In Summary, this argument is not persuasive as it stands. Only if the arguer could give us more information to support the views that the students' quality which could affect the result of the honor code are alike and evidence provided in the argument is convincing, we could not draw the conclusion that institutions should adopt the similar honor codes.  (467 words)

看理你的主题段 第一段是错误类比  第二段是样本的局限性，不能代表整体  第三段是调查者的不可靠性，和被调查者动机和行动的模糊    。。。
我想问一下 每段应该批一个问题 还是可以像你的第三段一样多批几个
