我有印象的是Fordham有筒子拿到人权法的全奖，另外UGA有全奖的研究型llm

SMU有全奖项目
另外楼主完全可以申请一个很不错的llm，然后申请国家公派留学奖学金。。
跟你申请好学校完全不冲突。。

Pepperdine University 是有全奖项目的今年排名54 Dispute Resolution全美第一
去年申请情况来看拿到25000美金的奖学金(相当于半奖)并不是很困难这个额度是直接申请该学校并不参与全奖项目pk的情况所以还是挺大方的
该全奖项目只有两个名额往届有人大学生成功获得

BAC is a not-for-profit permanent organization devoted to providing a forum for impartial and efficient alternative dispute resolution including arbitration and mediation. It was founded in 1995 following the passage of the Arbitration Law of the People’s Republic of China. The BAC focuses on contractual and property-related disputes, both commercial and international, among citizens, legal persons and other organizations. Since its founding, the BAC has grown into the foremost arbitration commission in China providing its services to both domestic and foreign parties. From an initial annual load of only a handful of cases, today the BAC consistently ranks among the top in both in the number of cases accepted and the total disputed amount. The BAC Scholarship is available to those pursuing an LLM with a Concentration in International Commercial Arbitration.
