Job Title:         Patent Attorney
BU:                 Intellectual Property Practice Group
Location:         Shanghai

We are seeking a patent attorney with 6 to 8 years of post-qualification experience to join our Intellectual Property practice group in providing related legal services.

REQUIREMENTS
1、        Qualified Chinese Patent Attorney and PRC Bar;
2、        6+ years’ experience in patent prosecution, patent enforcement and IP litigation;
3、         Overseas studying experience or working experience in international law firm is a plus;
4、        Bachelor degree electrics or mechanics, Master or Ph.D. is preferred;
5、        Excellent writing and oral communication capabilities in both English and Chinese.

2、        Effective presentation and communication skills;
3、        A considerable degree of flexibility and the capability of setting priorities to handle numerous cases simultaneously;
4、        Ability to foster professional relationships with clients and develop detailed, tailored documentation for clients;
5、        Aptitude for project management and leadership, ability to deliver training and mentoring to junior colleagues;
6、        Willingness to conduct efforts to promote the firm’s business objectives, culture and core values.
