phd position in Image Processing/Vision/Disater Computing at UMKC

Hello: We at the Digit Lab of University of Missouri-Kansas City are looking for a phd student candidate with background in image processing and computer vision (remote sensing/hyperspectral image processing will be plus).

The admission will be Fall 2015. The target degree will be either PhD in Civil Infrastructure Engineering with a co-discipline in computer science or engineering or vice versa (PhD in ECE minor in CIE). The student will be trained to be a cross-disciplinary data scientist/engineer and engineer who deals with big imagery data problems in Civil Infrastructure and Disaster Engineering.
