跪求各位大神解答关于LSE的问题

原本有申请了lse的专业然后被拒了…
马上就屁颠屁颠换了邮箱再申请其他不同的2个专业，当时没想到用原来的账号补申呢…会有影响吗？
后来等待以后把账号ID给我了…过了一个星期发了个邮件给我说什么退还50磅的什么 …邮件如Transaction Reference for 50.00 GBP on Mon Mar 16 has been refunded today for 50.00 GBP

这是什么意思啊？后面换了邮件重新申请的2个新专业还有效嘛？在lse for you 能查到状态的！
