加拿大理科硕士申请，有关国内资助

和套瓷的导师说到钱的问题, 导师问能不能得到国内的资助，想问下各位国内资助有哪些啊？ 只有CSC吗？现在申请CSC是不是已经晚了，能出国之后再申请吗?谢谢！
I am wondering if you have or are eligible for any stipend from your country. All international students pay international tuition fees. As a supervisor I have to pay a certain amount which usually covers living expenses and a portion of tuition fees. Department may also pay a supplement toward the student tuition fees, funds permitting. Together it is not a lot yet allows students to study full time.

已经解决了~ 和导师签好supervisor confirmation啦。 估计导师也就一问。
