Let me be straight: This question is meaningless.

your profile is good enough to have a chance, but never can say anything sure about elite program as EME.
Of course there are a probability that we can estimate, but know it or not, you will still apply to it, and not only apply to it........so just be patient, and do whatever you can, and then just wait.....

Absolutely right! The rate  of success is determined by expected value and error. Truth is that expected value can be estimated given a large sample...or error is much less than expected value. From this perspective, my question is meaningless. But giving an answer  based on your experience is just okay. Anyway, I will have a try. Thanks so much!
