急！网签疑问

1. 关于文件
（1）网签的文件上传只有IMM1294, family information, proof of means of financial support, passport, digital photo, letter of acceptance, general education and employment form, fees吗？
怎么都没有传说中的出生证明、派出证明、户籍证明、雅思、身份证什么的？

（2）其中的 general education and employment form 一直下不到，可能网站的问题，打开的链接是退出的链接而非该文件。。。这个要怎么办。

（3）有一个optional document，是要上传什么？

2. 关于信用卡
想问一下关于去哪家银行、办理什么卡，签证用，国外用？

我还想问一下，网站上General Education and Employment Form (required)一直下不到，每次点开都是Are you sure you want to exit?。。。。怎么办？它的那个application form里边也没有找到这个表。。。
