From the lecture we could know the man's opinion of buzzers.Not like the artical reveals,the man told us his own opinion about buzzers.
For the man's defense,he thinks the way companys used to hire buzzers which described in the article is totally misleading.As a buzzer himself,he knows how companys choose buzzers.In his opinion,the company hire buzzers from their customers who really like their products.Thus,if some one intends to be a buzzer,he must be a customer first which means he has the experience on using the product.
On the other hand,the man explained about another fact would be misleaded by the article.He insisted that most of customer who want to buy some products from buzzer always ask many question about the machandize first.Not like the article revealed,those customer just buy some product by buzzer's presentation.
In addition,the man said his last opinion about the discussion.Which is the company who has ability to hire buzzers must be very confidence to their products,and they might have enough financial supports to make perfect products.  
Consequently,the man was totally supportive to those companys and the buzzers they hired.
