  I can't agree with the speaker.In fact,this kind of words reflect a value not only lacking elegance,but also susceptible to moral evaluation.
  First, this kind of encouragement,if adopted, would definitely cause the absence of qualified youth in some careers less lucrative but important.For example, in some countries, doctor is not a lucrative career,since they have medical systems  very different from developed countries.But without doctors,any country will be in a terrible situation,brimming with sorrows and disorders.
What's more,the speaker absolutely fail to consider the difference of private educational institutions and public institutions.Public institutions enjoy funding from the whole society,therefore are responsible for prying back by training qualified elites for careers less lucrative but of significance to society.And without the thriving of these careers,for example,some basic scientific subjects,our society will get stock moving forward.
Even from individual perspective ,there are flaws in the speaker's view.Many men,many mind.Though becoming a millionaire is tremendously tempting to some students,not every one is in lack of money or solely keen on money.Some students in good financial condition may even feel ridiculous about this encouragement.Students ambitious to make a breakthrough in a certain domain having little business to do with money would feel disgusted by this kind of encouragement.These students may accordingly feel frustrated of these institutions.
Self-efficient financial state is important for students to keep a good psychological state to finish their study.However, educational institutions should by no means limit students' concentration on money.Every career needs brilliant graduates and the youth should be enfranchised the authority to make their own decision.
