At our school, students must first apply and be admitted to our PhD program. Then, in their first semester on campus, they select their research adviser. This gives students an opportunity to meet with several potential advisers and attend group meetings before making their final decision.

I am always looking for talented and motivated students to join my research team. I anticipate I will take 2-3 new students in my group in Fall 2016, which would be your first semester on campus.

因为我自己感觉硬件不好所以套磁都有点虚，之前套的一个教授基本就直接说你没有文章竞争力很低，所以这次感觉很意外。看了下又怕是模板回复。。。
