      learning is an important and popular matter of personal discipline in today's society. but it is not fully to say that learning is a prime matter of personal discipline during a student's school career.as we know, there are three different stages of education that might be taken by students before they get jobs.:primary school,secondary school and college.the question above should be discussed.for the primary school students, they must be motivated by school because of their inabiliy and immaturity, so does the secondary school students on account of their unguided interests; but to college students, it is not effective for them to motivated by college.
     For primary students, they are immature and have curiousity in many different things, so they have a lot of plasticity. students in that age mostly don't understand how to learn and even not have the discipline of learning. therefore, primary school should take responsbility of teaching them how to learn and helping find which area they are interested in.school can open variety curriculums for them to motivate their interests,so have a interest to do something,they should gradual have a learning discipline, in other words,school can foster primary students in different areas and deserved to motivate students to learn.
    To secondary students,things become a little different, learning is indeed a important personal discipline but the secondary students also need the motivation from school. firstly, as they becoming secondary students, there are more curriculums to be studied and more difficult competitions to participate in, without school's help, they can hardly dote in these staffs; secondly, there are many seductions  during adolescence, the secondary students must disciplining with school's help.
     For college students,college should not to motivate students. college students is also mature adults,they can responsible for their options,some students want to study deeply and some want to establish their own company,so college must respect their choices.
    In general,learning is a important personal discipline,the primary schools and the secondary schools should motivate their students,but college should respect student's variety of choices except for learning.


这是参考老师提纲写的。。。。特别惭愧，一直没复习作文。。现在也只能狂看文章，等22号考完狂练了。。。。

哈哈 那就是24岁非学生考生哈哈哈哈 我最近都不怎么上扣扣 等考完试好好交流 反正我也要二战 因为不自量力的目标是330+ 哈哈

stages of education that might be taken - take stage 搭配   

注意大小写和标点

it is not fully to say that  - 不懂 fully是副词啊
