第一次收到疑似录取不是很懂求确认！

求大家帮我看看这是被录取了吗？？第一次收录取信都不敢相信了……谢谢啊！

Academic Committee on Admissions of Wageningen University to the
MSc Programme Bioinformatics, which starts in September 2016.
Please note that you have been admitted to the study programme on condition that
you will obtain your BSc-degree. A verified copy of your degree should be submitted
to the Student Service Centre (SSC) of Wageningen University as soon as possible,
but before September 2016.
Please note that international students requiring an entry visa for the
Netherlands should submit a verified copy of the Bachelor degree
before July 1, 2016 .
