All of us can feel the advent of summer now, I don't feel like eating anything under such a hot weather. :(

In my way of thinking, the elements of an epic summer go something like this: Feel good, look great, stay healthy, and earn victory on the sports court. And all we need is the right fuel to make this hopeful prediction a reality.

But the question of what to eat haunts me a lot! Nothing could whet my appetite...

Whistling softly in the dark
Is a better cure than anything
For a confused mind searching for an answer

Whistling loudly enough to drown out that little voice inside your head
Is a better way than any other
To prevent miscommunication of feelings

Whistling quickly for a dog
Is a necessary task
If you wish to be a best friend in return

And whistling a tune all your own
Is the only way
To survive this life in one piece

macdull, losing weight is a hell to a gal's skin... I recommend you to do more weight-reducing exercises, such as the aerobics! :)

u can eat something acid to whet ur appetite first
and if u have got an anorexia
u'd better take some medicine (such as jian pi wan, a kind of Chinese medicine)
and excersices and sports can raise ur appetite, and make ur body healthy as well
wish u a healthy body

I do sports everyday, I work hard, I have a tight schedule, I eat hawthorn before each meal, I drink yoghourt several times per day... feel nothing... :(

i'm majoring in TCM( traditional Chinese medicine---zhong yi)
i think ur situation is spleen deficiency(pi xu) in TCM
cuz in TCM, spleen is the organ controls digestion and absorption
and some chinese medicine maybe effective to ur "illness"
if u don't like medicine
my suggestion is
force urself to eat:D

My mom majors in Medicine either... she told me that excessive dosage of medications may cause serious latent liver problem...
