请教申请学校数量，兼问TSE申请时间

请教各位版友，大家申请经济学PhD一般都申多少所？有没有个比较普遍的大致数量呢？10所？20所？

另外TSE申请貌似要等到2.1号才开？近期无法申请？附上链接 http://ecole.tse-fr.eu/en/apply-to-study#Master
看介绍是这样说的：
APPLY TO STUDY
Process application for graduate students (holding a foreign degree)- Academic year 2016/2017
Refer to the page "Graduate programs" before applying
- Master 1 & Master 2 Application
- Individual cases (Campus France and Eiffel Scholarship)
Master 1 & Master 2 Application for the academic year 2016/2017:
Application online will open from February 1st to March 4th 2016: eCandidatures TSE - Applications are now closed
After registering online,  students must send all the documents completed by post or by email before March 4th 2016

求问有无近期申请TSE的版友，前段时间看有版友说去TSE系统里注册一下，然后交材料就好，但还是没有找到系统入口，麻烦知情的版友指点一二。

同申tse已经拿到ad了。。。。申请链接在你复制那一段话里eCandidatures TSE，需要翻墙才能打开。不过现在好像已经关闭了，似乎要到了时间才能开，你可以翻墙试试先。我是只申了2，3所因为有保底的。。。听其他人看法好像是申15所左右，太多referee受不了，不过这个观点好像是针对phd的。如果你是自己写reference的话就随便申吧，反正不麻烦别人。gl for application

多谢指点！我看到那个系统了，确实关闭了，要等到2.1才开。

我是推荐人自己写推荐信的，不过还是不要申太多，以免给推荐人带来太多负担吧。
