Ph.D. student –RA position in Nanophotonics area @ U of Miami

Dr. Sung Jin Kim from the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Miami is looking for self-motivated Ph. D. students for research assistantship.  The students who has a background in Electrical Engineering, Applied physics or related field can apply for this position.  Familiarity with optoelectronic devices, Nanophotonics (plasmonics and related topics) and Nanoelectronics and  experience with various modeling tools for photonics  application or with experimental setups would be a plus.

The PhD student is expected to join from Fall 2016 semester or earlier if possible.
